OTO modified pdf-lib.js on 2026-10-16. Changes: cap indirect objects
at 20,000/context; cap each DecodeStream allocation at 16 MiB and
cumulative decoded allocations at 64 MiB per disposable worker.
These guards are not a guarantee against every malformed document or memory limit.
The accompanying acquire script retrieves the UPSTREAM file into a separate
evidence folder, not this modified runtime.
